Recruitment for South African businesses

Three people worth interviewing. Not three hundred CVs.

We source, screen and shortlist candidates for entry-level and early-career roles. A person speaks to every one of them, and every requirement in your advert is checked, before you hear a name.

A vacancy brings hundreds of applications. Most of them do not meet the brief you wrote.

Finding the few who do is a week of somebody’s time. Then half of those cannot produce the certificate they claimed, and the start date does not move. That week is the work we take off your hands.

How it works

Four steps. You do two of them.

No account needed. A brief is not an order — we agree terms with you in writing before any work starts.

Brief a vacancy
  1. 01

    Brief the role

Who you need, where the work is, how many, and when they should start. Two minutes on the form, no account.

  2. 02

    We source and screen

We go and find candidates for your role and check each one against your own wording. A person speaks to every one of them before you hear their name.

  3. 03

    Meet your shortlist

The few worth interviewing instead of a pile of CVs — each with the fit breakdown, the documents sighted, and what is still unclear.

    You hire

You interview and decide. We coordinate the scheduling and stay with it after the start date.

Our standard

Everything we send, you can check.

A shortlist is only worth what survives your own checks. So every line on ours says how we know it — and we would rather send a shorter list than a padded one.

01

Requirements, not keywords

A three-year qualification is not met by a one-year certificate. We mark it that way, even when it costs us the placement.

02

Met, not met, or unclear

Every requirement in your advert comes back with one of those three answers. “Unclear” is an answer we use rather than round up.

03

Documents sighted, never copied

We record that we saw an ID or a certificate, who saw it and when. We keep no copies, so a breach can never become identity theft for your candidates.

04

A person, every time

Our tools narrow a role down to the people worth looking at. A person then speaks to every one of them before a name reaches you.

For work seekers · free, always

Don’t just apply. Get discovered.

Build your free profile, tell us what you are looking for, and switch on sharing. We will consider you when we are filling a role that fits.

Create my free profile

Your profile is never sent to an employer unless you switch that on, and you can switch it off at any time. Charging work seekers is against the law in South Africa — and we would not anyway.

Tell us about one seat.

It takes about two minutes and needs no account. We come back within one working day — and if we cannot fill it, we say so on that first call rather than take the order.
